The Rolwaling Valley in east Nepal
is place of mystery and allure to those who are familiar
with Himalayan myths. Padam Sambhava, who Popularized Buddhism
in this area, is given credit for discovering this charming
and heart-rendingly beautiful valley. The Sherpa people
have settled here and their lifestyles and festivals are
colorful. The Trek is strenuous and you will cross high
passes and climb the Yalung RI.
